1. Shipping & Logistics
How long will it take to receive my order? Our estimated shipping transit time within the United States is 7–15 business days. This follows an order processing, security verification, and secure packaging timeline of 1–3 business days. In total, you can expect your package to arrive within 8–18 business days.
Do you charge for shipping? No! We are proud to provide Free Standard Shipping on all gear and accessories storewide across the United States. There are no hidden handling fees, unexpected delivery fees, or minimum order limits at checkout.
How do I track my shipment? Once your shipment is picked up by our logistics carrier, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your live tracking number and portal link. Tracking links generally become fully traceable online within 48 hours.
2. Sizing & Product Care
How do I choose the correct apparel or helmet size? We recommend reviewing our detailed Size Guide available on every relevant product page before placing an order. Our apparel and protective gear generally follow standard US sizing layouts. If you are between sizes, we typically recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Can I modify or cancel my order? If you need to change a size, shipping address, or cancel an order, please email us immediately at support@velopace.shop. Once an order has entered our automated warehouse processing queue, modifications or cancellations can no longer be executed.
3. Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy? We maintain a strict 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after the exact date of package delivery to request a formal return. To remain eligible, gear must be completely unused, unworn, unmounted, and strictly packed inside its original boxing and protective retail layers.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned footwear/gear at our facility, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
